November 17, 2004 found about 10 people at the offices of RegisterDotCom discussing what we know about Agile development, why we're interested in it, and what we want from the group.
The big goals
- To present and discuss real-world problems,
- To do a group project,
- To participate in agile software development simulations,
- To hear outside speakers
- and to provide outreach to other organizations.
Action items
Each person should come up with at least one specific (testable) example of one of these, so that we can measure our progress.
